Professional garment printing
The right print for the right product
Printing allows logos, artwork, names and messages to become an important part of a garment or product.
We offer DTF and screen printing, giving us different options for detailed full-colour artwork, bold single-colour designs and larger production runs.
The most suitable method depends on the artwork, fabric, number of colours, product and quantities required.
DTF printing
Direct-to-film printing
Detailed, flexible and full of colour
DTF printing transfers artwork from specialist film onto a suitable garment using heat and pressure. It works well for detailed artwork, multiple colours and designs requiring a white underbase.
- Detailed, full-colour designs
- Suitable for light and dark garments
- Small text and detailed artwork
- Names, numbers and personalised designs
- Suitable for a variety of compatible fabrics
How DTF is prepared
Printed onto specialist transfer film
The artwork is printed onto transparent PET film using colour and white inks. A specialist adhesive powder is applied before the transfer is cured and heat-pressed onto the product.
- Full-colour digital artwork
- White ink underbase for strong colour
- Individual designs arranged on transfer film
- Transferred using controlled heat and pressure
DTF printing equipment
Traditional garment printing
Bold colour with a strong finish
Screen printing uses a prepared mesh screen to apply ink directly onto the product. Each colour is applied separately, making it well suited to bold designs and suitable production quantities.
- Strong solid colours
- Bold logos, graphics and messages
- Suitable for larger production quantities
- Consistent results across a complete order
- Suitable for selected garments and products
Screen printing
Screen printing equipment
Built one colour at a time
A proven printing process
Each artwork colour is separated and prepared onto its own screen. Ink is pushed through the screen onto the product before the print is cured to complete the process.
- Individual screen preparation
- Separate application for each colour
- Accurate positioning and registration
- Controlled curing for a completed finish
Choosing your printing method
DTF or screen printing?
Both methods create professional results, but each is better suited to different artwork and order requirements.
Choose DTF when:
You need detailed, flexible or personalised artwork.
- The design contains several colours
- The artwork includes small details
- You need names, numbers or individual designs
- The quantity is not suited to screen setup
- You require printing on light or dark garments
Choose screen print when:
You need bold, consistent printing across a run.
- The artwork uses a limited number of colours
- The design contains bold shapes or lettering
- You require a suitable larger quantity
- The same design is repeated across the order
- You want a classic screen-printed finish
